As we all know that members of TG Community are hyper vulnerable towards this deadly disease as they live in groups and they are at high risk to be caught COVID-19. Therefore Chetana Jagdalpur along with the collaboration of Samaj Kalyan Vibhag Organized a special vaccination drive to vaccinate all the members of TG Community on 16/04/2021.

All Members of TG Community along with physically disabled and mentally distressed beneficiaries. This Vaccination Drive was held at Ashirwaad Rehabilitation Center at Chidaipadar near Jagdalpur. With the shared initiative of Chetana Jagdalpur and Samaj Kalyan vibhag in this vaccination drive we have vaccinated 18 beneficiaries members of TG Community.

The members of TG Community thanked Team Chetana and Samaj Kalyan Vibhag for this immensely required step and also delivered a message to the society about the rumours regarding vaccination and said that everyone should get vaccinated as per their chance and not to be scared of any misleading fact or rumours spreading about vaccination.

This vaccination drive has been observed by Janpad CEO Mr. Indrajeet Singh Charawal,District Immunization Officer along with District AIDS Nodal Officer Dr.Miatri and team of district collectorate and they were positively satisfied with the arrangement regarding the vaccination drive.
