Smile Foundation India

Smile Foundation is an NGO in India directly benefitting over 15,00,000 children and their families every year, through more than 400 live welfare projects on education, healthcare,livelihood and women empowerment, in over 2000 remote villages and slums across 25 states of India.

Chetana Child and Women Welfare Society is associated with Smile Foundation India for implementing healthcare programme in Raipur.

The health care industry is one of the largest and fastest growing industries, and which form an enormous part of country’s economy. Health care is one of India’s largest service sectors both in terms of revenue and employment. India’s primary competitive advantage lies in its largest pool of well trained-skilled medical professionals. There is a significant scope for the health care employees while considering the fact that there is substantial growth in the health care industry.

The course shall equip successful trainees with skills required to provide daily care to patients to ensure that their medical needs are met. Key modules include training on bathing and grooming of patients, supporting patients to eat and drink, transporting patients within the hospital, observing patient’s health status, communicating appropriately with co-workers, washing medical equipment, following waste disposal protocols and infection control procedures.
